Before we proceed, here’s an introduction to why I’m doing this and how it started:
From 2015 – 2025, I held evolving roles at SEO National (Utah, USA).
And one of those roles was leading 30 plus Filipino VAs.
Of course it wasn’t easy. People are complex (let alone a bunch of Filipinos; you know what I mean).
Unexpectedly, though, it was one of the most rewarding roles I’ve ever had.
It led me to explore and understand the complexities of working from home as a Filipino VA.

The deadlines. The pressure. The anxiety. The stress. The exhaustion. The instability. The insecurity. The heartbreaks.
All happening at once.
We suffer not because of our demanding jobs. Nor our culture. Nor the juggle.
Trust me, it’s way deeper than that.
In June 2025, my boss figured it was time for me to move on (that was after a year of discussion about what’s next for me). I wholeheartedly accepted it.
Deep inside, however, I still wanted to serve people. And I wanted to do it in my own way.
So I wrote a book and published it a year later. Yay!
And now I’m here. Still trying to serve people my own way.
But this time, it’s 1-on-1 coaching.
Purpose
To guide burned-out Filipino VAs cultivate a peaceful state of mind while juggling their different roles at home.

Disclaimer: My work is unconventional. It’s not therapy. Not traditional coaching. I don’t provide how-tos or strategies. I don’t give band-aid solutions. I don’t give advice that is intended for a machine. I don’t force things.
Instead, what I do is unlock something in you so you can explore what’s truly happening within, and eventually, open a path toward inner peace.
Yes it’s possible. But that is just the beginning.
A peaceful state of mind is one thing. Maintaining it is another.
Coaching Fee and Package

We don’t have to schedule a call right away. No need to commit if you’re not ready. Just email anything you think is bothering you. We’ll start from there.
Depending on what you need or how long you may need help, my one-on-one session starts at 1,000 PHP 497 PHP (payable via Gcash, bank transfer, or Paypal).
A single session (via video call) could last from an hour or more.
It varies because:
- First, you need to provide enough context (and by that, I mean the full context).
- Second, we have to dig deep into the root cause of your suffering (I will guide you).
- Third, we won’t stop until we find a path that works for you.
For long-term 1-on-1 coaching package (one month or more), the fee depends on a barrage of factors — the duration of coaching, your budget, your goals, how serious your problem is, etc.
In other words, it’s like an investment. You pay one time (or in installments). And I’ll respond to your message or call whenever you need me. 🙂
